"Rise of Cosmetic Surgery Tourism threatens patient safety and burdens NHS", warns BAPRAS, the plastic surgeons’ association

The rise in "Cosmetic Tourism" is a topical issue that Anthony has been asked for his professional opinion about on several occasions for television and radio programmes. He was interviewed about Cosmetic Tourism, or plastic surgery overseas whilst having a holiday, by Bill Turnbull and Sian williams on BBC Breakfast. The interview followed from the publication of a report undertaken by BAPRAS, for whom Anthony is a spokesperson.

The report highlighted the concerns of BAPRAS about the increasing rise in "Cosmetic Tourism" and the cautions which potential patients of this form of plastic surgery, should consider before paying out money, or embarking on such a venture.
